-One Tailed Vulpix Bonus Chapter: Route 14’s Vulpix Shrine at Midnight, make sure to have a regular Vulpix with you.
-Secret Village Bonus Chapter: Interact with the Kangaskhan that you helped in Viridian Forest.
-Lake Monster Bonus Chapter: Cerulean City. Interact with Rebecca who’s behind a house in the down right corner of the city.
-Magical Raccoon Bonus Chapter: Route 9. Interact with the Old Woman you’ll see as soon as you step into it.
-Arbok’s Pattern Bonus Chapter: Talk with a blonde guy in Route 9.
-The Return Bonus Chapter: Interact with Sammy outside of Lavender Tower sometime after the events in Lavender Town.
-Icy Snorlax Bonus Chapter: Go to Seafoam Islands (East of Cinnabar Island) at some point between 9 PM and 5 AM.
-Zapdos Bonus Chapter: Go to the Power Plant in Route 10 before fighting Moltres in Cinnabar Island.
-Blue’s Tale #2: Silph Company.
-Green’s Tale #2: Silph Company.
-Ill Omen Bonus Chapter: Go to Cinnabar Mansion in Cinnabar Island.
-Dojo Brothers Bonus Chapter: Saffron City’s Bro Dojo
-Secret of Joy Bonus Chapter: Saffron City’s Pokémon Center at night, after the events in Silph Company.
-Broken Bird Bonus Chapter: Speak with a Team Rocket Grunt inside Silph Company during the invasion of TR in Saffron City.
-Road to Stardom Bonus Chapter: Speak with Professor Oak in Pallet Town at some point after the events in Saffron City and Silph Company.
-Doctor O Bonus Chapter: Go to Cinnabar Island’s Pokémon Mansion after the events in Silph Company.
-Floral Festival Bonus Chapter: Cross through the gateway from Celadon to Floral City at some point after the Love Letter Bonus Chapter.

-Battle Network Bonus Chapter: Go to Silph Co. and speak with the scientist running in front of a machine, after winning the Kanto Pokémon League.
-Mewtwo Strikes Back Bonus Chapter: Cinnabar Island after winning the Kanto Pokémon League.
-Valor Bonus Chapter: Speak with Red’s Mom after winning the Kanto Pokémon League.
-Instinct Bonus Chapter: Speak with Red’s Mom after winning the Kanto Pokémon League.
-Mystic Bonus Chapter: Speak with Red’s Mom after winning the Kanto Pokémon League.
-Goodbye Steve Bonus Chapter: Interact with the TV inside Red’s room after winning the Kanto Pokémon League.
-Janine Side Event: Fuchsia City’s Gym after winning the Kanto Region’s Pokémon League.
-Voodoo Bonus Chapter: Valencia Island, Yuuki Residence.
-Dolly Bonus Chapter: Route 2 East (Orange Islands) after getting the HM08 Dive.

-Ghost Ship Bonus Chapter: Diving spot at Route 8 (Orange Islands).
-Candle Light Bonus Chapter: Let yourself fall into the quicksand inside the cave in Tangor Island.
-Power of One Bonus Chapter: Surf to the north from Fairchild Island to reach Shamouti Island, where this Bonus Chapter happens.
-Siren Bonus Chapter: Butwal Island.
-Street Rats Bonus Chapter: Yuzu Island, at south west from Kumquat Island.
-Kumquat Island Aftermath: Kumquat Island’s Gym after the climax of the Ash Ketchum storyline in Valencia Island.
-Hypno Nap Time Bonus Chapter: Shangjuan Island, at north east from Kumquat Island.
-Blue’s Tale #3: Orange Archipelago’s Pokémon League Building in Pumello Island, during the last events of the storyline.
