The Mystic Water can be found in Route 24, and has a 10% chance to be held by wild Psyduck and Golduck.
The Miracle Seed can be found in Celadon City, and has a 10% chance to be held by wild Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume and Bellossom.
The Silk Scarf can be found in Pewter City, and it has a 10% chance to be held by wild Meowth and Persian.
The Black Belt can be found in Rock Tunnel, it has a 10% chance to be held by wild Mankey and Primeape, and it is always held by the Pokémon Black Belts use.
The Twisted Spoon can be found in Route 8, and it has a 10% chance to be held by wild Kadabra.

The Dragon Scale can be found in Seafoam Islands, it has a 10% chance to be held by wild Horsea, Seadra and Kingdra, and it is always held by the Seadra traded to the player in Cinnabar Lab.
