River City: Tokyo Rumble is a beat ’em up video game that is part of the River City series and was published in the west by Natsume. It is most comparable to River City Ransom in that it has RPG-like mechanics and requires players to complete tasks in order to learn new moves. In addition to that, it comes with a four-player arena as well as a dodgeball mode that utilises download play.
