God of War Ragnarok features numerous enemies and bosses that present formidable challenges at various points throughout the experience. You’ll be missing out on a lot of good fights if you don’t fully explore all nine realms and finish all of the Favors if you don’t complete them. The main story has a lot of bosses. It would be a mistake to pass up the opportunity to acquire a Berserker Gravestone because these gravestones are made of stone and contain the souls of mighty Spirits.
After completing the story mission The Word of Fate and obtaining the Inert Hilt of Skofnung, you will be able to activate these Beserker Gravestones and put them to use. You are free to begin these battles at any time after obtaining the hilt; however, given the difficulty of the encounters, we advise that you hold off until you have completed the game and obtained adequate equipment. However, before you can do that, you have to locate all of the Berserk Gravestones.
###Where To Find All Berserker Gravestones
The nine realms are interspersed with ten Berserker Gravestones, each of which can be found in a different location. The Berserkers are some of the most challenging bosses you will encounter throughout the game. Always remember to bring a Resurrection Stone with you and have the appropriate equipment on you at all times.
You will receive resources, crafting components, powerful gear, and weapon attachments if you are successful in defeating these Berserkers. If you have finished the main story mission “Forging Destiny,” you will be able to visit certain gravestones that were previously inaccessible to you.
###Svartalfheim Berserker Gravestones
There are three gravestones dedicated to Berserkers located in Svartalfheim.
The first Gravestone can be found in Svartalfheim’s Jarnsmida Pitmines. This particular Gravestone bears the number 1. You will need to make your way to the Applecore and then return all the way to the starting point. You will spot the Gravestone in the distance just as you are getting close to the Pitmines. Engage in combat with it in order to engage in conflict with Starolfr the Troublemaker and Bodvar the Fierce.
Following the successful completion of both boss fights, you will be rewarded with a Gale Flame, five Tempered Remnants, 80 Bonded Leather, 75 Shattered Runes, and the Hind of the Nine Realms (Spear Handles).
The second Gravestone can be found on Nidavellir Beach in Svartalfheim. This Gravestone bears the number 2. You will need to travel to the Mystic Gateway and then walk to the location indicated on the map. You will come to a location with the Gravestone in the centre of the area. Engage Hardrefill the Callous in combat by interacting with it.
You will receive two Tempered Remnants, 25 Bonded Leather, 25 Shattered Runes, and Asgard’s Fortitude after you have defeated both of the bosses in the encounter (Amulet Enchantment).
The third Gravestone can be found on Alberich Island in Svartalfheim. This island is part of Svartalfheim. You can see the Gravestone in the distance if you start from the Boat Dock and head in that direction. Engage in combat with it in order to defeat Beigadr the Feared.
You will receive two Tempered Remnants, 25 Bonded Leather, 25 Shattered Runes, and Asgard’s Might (Amulet Enchantment) once you have defeated both of the bosses in the encounter.
###Alfheim Berserker Gravestones
There are two gravestones dedicated to Berserkers in Alfheim.
The first Gravestone can be found in Alfheim, to the east of The Barrens. It bears the number 1. Combat against Svipdagr the Cold and the Sisters of Illska can be initiated by moving toward the Gravestone in the open area and interacting with it.
Following the completion of the boss fights, you will receive the following rewards: a Frozen Flame, five Tempered Remnants, 180 Bonded Leather, 75 Shattered Runes, a Berserker Cuirass (Chest Armor), and an Amulet Enchantment called Asgard’s Security.
#Gravestone #2: Once you have defeated the boss, you will receive the Grip of the Nine Realms, three Tempered Remnants, forty Bonded Leather, and forty Shattered Runes (Axe Attachment).
###Vanaheim Berserker Gravestones
There are two gravestones dedicated to Berserkers in Vanaheim.
#Gravestone #1: The very first Gravestone can be found in Vanaheim’s Pilgrim’s Landing. You can interact with the Gravestone in the distance by moving towards it from the Boat Dock and heading in that direction. You will have to engage in combat with Hvitserkr the Brave here.
Following the completion of the boss fight, you will be rewarded with Pommels of the Nine Realms, three Tempered Remnants, 25 Bonded Leather, and forty Shattered Runes (Blades Attachment).
The second Gravestone can be found in Vanaheim, close to where The Sinkholes Mystic Gateway is located. Get in close to the Gravestone and use it to your advantage in the battle against Haklangr the Bearded.
Following the completion of the boss fight, you will receive a Chaos Flame, five Tempered Remnants, sixty Bonded Leather, and seventy-five Shattered Runes.
###Niflheim Berserker Gravestones
There is one Berserker Gravestone in Niflheim.
The Gravestone can be found in the Mist Fields of Niflheim, which is #Gravestone1’s location. It’s a straight shot, so there’s no way you can miss the area that’s marked on the map if you explore the area until you get there. You will come across the Gravestone at this location. Engage in combat with it in order to take on Skjothendi the Unerring.
Following the completion of the boss fight, you will be rewarded with Berserker Gauntlets, three Tempered Remnants, forty Bonded Leather, and forty Shattered Runes (Wrist Armor).
###Midgard Berserker Gravestones
There are two gravestones dedicated to Berserkers in Midgard.
The first Gravestone can be found in The Lake of Nine, which is located to the north of Tyr’s Temple. Get in close to the Gravestone and use it to your advantage in the fight against Fraekni the Zealous.
Following the completion of the boss fight, you will be rewarded with two Relics of Tempering, 25 Bonded Leather, 25 Shattered Runes, and a Berserker Waist Guard (Waist Armor).
#Gravestone 2: The final Gravestone can be found in King’s Grave in Midgard once all of the other nine Gravestones have been collected and placed. Engage King Hrolf Kraki in combat by interacting with the Gravestone.
When you prevail over this formidable adversary, you will earn the “Fit For A King” Favor and be rewarded with 300 Bonded Leather, the Grave Mistake trophy, the Hilt of Skofnung relic, and Helheim’s Virtue. In addition, you will have completed the favour (Amulet Enchantment).
