Pokémon ShortScyther (aka Pokemon MioPidgey) is a simple hackrom that excludes 100% accuracy moves from our pokémons, but doesn’t remove from our opponents. No more Thunderbolt, Psychic or Ice Beam for us. Pokemon ShortScyther Pokemon Locations (MioPidgey) will list some pokemon locations in this game.

All 151 pokémons from Gen 1 are available! The majority remains in their original locations, therefore, to not pollute this guide, you can use some FireRed guide from the internet.
Here are the changes we made to make every pokémon available:
- Bulbasaur Route 24 (replacing Pidgey)
- Charmander Route 16 (replacing Spearow)
- Squirtle Route 25 (replacing Pidgey)
- Nidoran♀ Areas 1, 2 and 3 from Safari Zone
- Nidoran♂ Route 4 and Entrance from Safari Zone
- Hitmonlee Saffron City (new grass!)
- Hitmonchan Saffron City (new grass!)
- Eevee Celadon City (new grass!)
- Omanyte Cinnabar Island (wandering in the island)
- Kabuto Cinnabar Island (wandering in the island)

WHAT ABOUT MEW?
Every in-game trade will ask for a Deoxys in exchange for a Mew. There’s an AuroraTicket in Four Island that will allow the player to catch a Deoxys.
However, a warning: Mew is an asshole and does not obey the trainer! There’s probably an easy solution in script for this, but I’m not really interested in researching it. The purpose of Mew is only to complete the pokédex.
SAFARI ZONE
- Entrance had an increase of Dratini (surfing and fishing);
- Area 1 had an increase of Chansey and Kangaskhan;
- Area 2 had an increase of Pinsir and Scyther;
- Area 3 had an increase of Rhyhorn and Tauros.
Entrance also give access to every single area, you’re not required to make the circuit Entrance -> Area 1 -> Area 2 -> Area 3.

Every location from Islands 4, 5, 6 and 7 were rebuilt to accommodate all pokémons from Gen 2. There’s an appendix that gives every single route in detail.
